Fast Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt (although at busy times such as the build up to Christmas and other public holidays this may be extended). In the event that an item is out of stock we will email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Similarly, if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will of course contact you. We do not substitute other goods if the items you require are not available.

believe it is important for you to get your order as quickly as possible. Our UK Standard Delivery option is despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post or Interlink/Parcelforce for larger items. This means that you should generally receive your items 2-3 days from ordering. However, if you order on Friday or over the weekend your order may take a little longer. Also during the build up to Christmas items may take longer to arrive. The cost of this Standard UK Delivery Service is £4.95 or FREE for all orders over £60.00. (Please note that delivery to the Channel Islands and some outlying parts of the UK may also take a bit longer - simply phone +44(0)1329 822 212 or email info@bethstevens.co.uk for an estimated delivery date if you need your order urgently).

All courier services need to be signed for, unless you are able to nominate a safe place where it can be left at the delivery address. We can also ask that the courier try neighbours if you are likely to be out. Simply add any delivery instructions in the "special delivery instructions box" after you have selected your postage option.
