 | WONKI WARE for Nigella Lawson We love this gorgeous new tableware range created by Nigella Lawson in collaboration with South African potter Di Marshall. It includes everything for the table - from dinner plates to stylish water jugs. Created and decorated by a small team each piece is individually hand made and has a unique ghost of a pattern, achieved by applying lace to the surface of the clay before firing. This is then burnt from the product to achieve an uneven biscuity finish. The irregular shapes and home made appearance gives it a truly unique charm and rustic feel which makes it perfect for everyday use and informal dining. Made of stoneware with a lightly applied off-white glaze it is dishwasher, microwave and oven proof. |
