This pasta cooking unit allows you to prepare pasta in the traditional way, with very little water, in a similar way to how we cook risottos. The pasta can be heated with herbs, mushrooms or other ingredients and then just covered with water, with extra water gradually being added according to how much is absorbed. This has the advantage of retaining the flavours and allowing for simple preparation with minimal washing up!The unit comprises of a multiply aluminium pot; a 18/10 stainless steel lid; a spoon and trivet in melamine.
